By downloading, installing, or using KubeManager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

KubeManager is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this agreement. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

# Permitted Use

You may use KubeManager to:

• →View and manage Kubernetes resources within your authorized scope
• →Use the App on any iOS or macOS device you own or control

# Restrictions

You may not:

• ×Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• ×Use the App to access clusters without proper authorization
• ×Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• ×Remove or alter any proprietary notices

# Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE APP.

# Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KubeManager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

# Intellectual Property

KubeManager and all content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

# Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

# Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
